There will be two blocks to this development, which Tower 1 will stand 36 storeys tall and Tower 2 at 37 storeys.

Aviary Residence @ Puchong Horizon is a development that is well located and will benefit from the matured township of Puchong. Surrounded by amenities, and well planned routes, residents of Aviary Residence will find that getting around and everyday living will be perfectly convenient.
While the development is located within a housing development, residents will find that all the conveniences are only minutes away. Tesco Extra Puchong, one of the largest hypermarkets in the area, is only 5 kilometres from Aviary Residence. IO Mall Puchong is only slightly further away at 6 kilometres, and the popular night hangout spot of SetiaWalk is also only 6 kilometres away.
As Puchong neighbours with Subang, getting to that township requires only minutes. The Main Place Mall is only 4 kilometres away, and for some serious shopping there is Sunway Pyramid 13 kilometres down the road.

Getting around via highway from Aviary Residence @ Puchong Horizon will be easy with the many highways in place. Highways that residents will get to enjoy easy access to includes the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), North–South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), and the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE). And connecting residents to all these highways is the main trunk road of Jalan Puchong.
Public transportation aside from the many RapidKL busses that can be found at the numerous bus stops in Puchong, also includes the IOI Puchong Jaya LRT Station 6 kilometres away. The benefit of this LRT is that it enjoys seamless connection to KL Sentral. Alternatively, residents can also get a bus easily at the Puchong Express Bus Terminal approximately 4.5 kilometres from home.
Analysis
Aviary Residence as can be seen below is one of the highest density of new developments in Puchong. It is however also one of the most affordable ones by a couple hundred of thousands.

There is however concern about the traffic in the area, and the single lane access road. There has also been concerns about the neighbourhood that Aviary Residence is being built in. The best option for potential property buyers of Aviary Residence would be to recce the area themselves to see if the environment is to their tastes.
