As its predecessors, it Stanford will be a commercial titled serviced residence sited along Jalan Setia Murni in Setia Alam.
The building will consist of a single tower, which will stand 26 storeys tall – one of the taller towers in the area – and house a total of 224 homes. Stanford is also made all the more desirable for its freehold title.
Sizes of this development range between 498 sq ft and 657 sq ft, with 3 different layout choices. Type 1 is the largest unit that is offered, and comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. These units are sized at 657 sq ft. The second largest unit is Type 2A, which is sized at 499 sq ft, followed by Type 2 which is only very slightly smaller at 498 sq ft. There is also the many entertainment spots that can be found here, including the Setia Alam’s most popular shopping mall – Setia City Mall which is just next to the Setia City Convention Centre. Aside from that, there is the proposed Setia Alam Central Park and Setia City Park within a 2-kilometre radius from Edusentral. And for more options, there is the Giant hypermarket about 3.5 kilometres away, and a Tesco hypermarket about 2.2 kilometres away – both in Setia Alam.
Highways and public transportation are also easily accessible from Stanford @ Edusentral. Of the closest highway is the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), and the public transportation that can be found in the area is Klang Sentral 4 kilometres away. As the main bus station of Klang, commuters will be able to take a bus to all the different parts of Malaysia from this bus hub.
