This is a unit of TH Properties, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Pilgrims’ Fund Board (Lembaga Tabung Haji). The group’s signature property project is the 5,119-acre Bandar Enstek township near the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) where more than 1,784 dwellings have been completed and turned over to their buyers. Hundred East is also part of Bandar Enstek.
In particular, the Hundred East development consists of 100 units of two-storey superlink houses sited on freehold land with residential title. The most attractive thing about Hundred East @ Enstek is its close proximity to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and the Aeropolis large-scale project. As a matter of fact, the development is just minutes away from the Sepang International Circuit, KLIA and Aeropolis, while Cyberjaya, and Putrajaya are about 20 minutes away.
Situated within the Bandar Enstek township in Negeri Sembilan, the freehold landed housing project is close to local and multinational groups that have ventured into the town. These include Techpark@Enstek, Akademi Dewan Bahasa & Pustaka, Epsom College, Nilai Politechnic, Tunku Kurshiah College, National Audit Academy, Institut Aminuddin Baki, the Higher Education Leadership Academy, Cempaka Ladies College, Maktab Perguruan Teknik, Institut Perpustakaan Dan Maklumat Negara, Institut Pendidikan Bahasa Pusat Latihan Bahasa Inggeris, as well as R&D Centre for Jabatan Bomba & Penyelamat Malaysia.
Moreover, Hundred East is well-connected to several major highways. These include the 772km North-South Expressway (PLUS), one of Malaysia’s longest roads that runs from Bukit Kayu Hitam in Kedah in the North to Johor Bahru in the South. Another nearby road is the North–South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), which links the Northern and Southern Part of Malaysia, but bypasses the congested capital. It also provides access to Putrajaya and KLIA. Another road within proximity is the Maju Expressway (MEX), which connects the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) with KLIA in Sepang, Selangor.
Aside from a nearby 18-hole golf course, the landed housing project is close to top-notch schools like SMK Seri Sepang, SJK(C) Kuo Min, Nilai University, Inti International University, Nilai International School and Malaysian Aviation Academy. Healthcare providers are close by as well, like NCI Hospital, Nilai Medical centre, Klinik Pergigian Salak and Polyklinik Nur Fatima.
Analysis
We compared Hundred East @ Enstek with two other similar residential developments in the vicinity, namely Bayu Indera Lukut and Bandar Springhill. As shown in the table below, Hundred East’s disadvantage is that it’s the oldest of the three and has the highest selling price.

Nonetheless, the advantage of Hundred East is that it offers the largest units, and its price is reasonable if you compare the built-up area with its price tag. Another selling point is that Hundred East is part of the 5,119-acre Bandar Enstek township, where many renowned local and multinational groups and firms have established a presence.
Summary
At present, if you want to purchase a home in Hundred East @ Enstek, we advise you to have a car. Despite the project’s proximity to KLIA, there’s currently no nearby public transport such as MRT or KTM, except for bus stops.
Nonetheless, the freehold landed residential project provides a safe and private place to raise a family. It also has good potential for capital appreciation as the Bandar Enstek township is undergoing rapid development. In fact, many local and international organizations have expanded into the town.
But we think the biggest catalyst that will have the most significant impact on Hundred East @ Enstek is the development of the nearby 8,966ha KLIA Aeropolis mega project. If the project proceeds and the area continues to undergo major positive changes, then the future of Hundred East is bright.
