We compared Hundred East @ Enstek with two other similar residential developments in the vicinity, namely Bayu Indera Lukut and Bandar Springhill. As shown in the table below, Hundred East’s disadvantage is that it’s the oldest of the three and has the highest selling price.

At present, if you want to purchase a home in Hundred East @ Enstek, we advise you to have a car. Despite the project’s proximity to KLIA, there’s currently no nearby public transport such as MRT or KTM, except for bus stops.

Nonetheless, the freehold landed residential project provides a safe and private place to raise a family. It also has good potential for capital appreciation as the Bandar Enstek township is undergoing rapid development. In fact, many local and international organizations have expanded into the town.

But we think the biggest catalyst that will have the most significant impact on Hundred East @ Enstek is the development of the nearby 8,966ha KLIA Aeropolis mega project. If the project proceeds and the area continues to undergo major positive changes, then the future of Hundred East is bright.
