Impiana Residences Cherating’s main selling point is its nearness to one of the best white sand beaches in the East Coast of Malaysia. Just a short walk away is a vast stretch of unspoilt seafront. In fact, 4km away you can find Cherating Turtle Sanctuary, where the turtles lay their eggs annually.

Located in the beach town of Cherating, the development is situated 500 metres off the main coastal road of Jalan Kuantan/Kemaman, which is linked to the East-Coast Expressway (LPT) that connects it to the western region of Malaysia.

Impiana Residences Cherating is about 63km from the Kuantan Town, while Kuala Lumpur is 284km away. Driving from Kuala Lumpur will require commuters 3 hours to reach the development. The Sultan Ahmad Shah Airport (Kuantan Airport) is also a 1-hour drive (approximately 60km) to Impiana Residences Cherating.

Nonetheless, travelling by plane from Kuala Lumpur to Kuantan Airport takes 40 minutes, from Singapore it’s about 1 hour, while travelling from Penang takes only slightly longer at 90 minutes.
