Additionally, it is Puchong’s first transit-oriented development and this type of properties are the well-received by buyers and investors alike.
Summary
When Stellar Suites was announced in the second half of 2018, many people looked at it with greedy eyes given its super attractive location that is adjacent to the Bandar Puteri LRT station.
Nonetheless, Stellar Suites has robust investment potential as a commercial property as it’s just 50 metres to an LRT station. There’s also a catchment of would-be clients as the development is surrounded by mature housing projects.
Given that the golden rule in property investing is location, location and location, Stellar Suites is a definitely a good buy given its strategic address that sees crowds of people descending on the area daily to use the LRT station.
