Pristine 2 in the township of Bandar Enstek is being undertaken by TH Properties, the property development division of the Pilgrims’ Fund Board (Lembaga Tabung Haji). Among the group’s largest property project is the 5,119-acre Bandar Enstek township close to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), where over 1,784 residential properties have been completed and delivered to their buyers. The residential project is actually Phase II of Pristine. It comprises 48 units of two-storey terrace link houses arranged in four rows and sited on freehold land with individual residential titles. Buyers can choose from 3 configurations, but all come with 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.

There are 20 Type A units with built-up areas ranging from 1,584 sq ft to 1,609 sq ft, and land areas of 20ft by 77ft. If you want to acquire a landed house at Pristine 2 in Bandar Enstek, we urge you to have a car first. This is because even though the project is near KLIA and KLIA 2, there’s presently no public transport in the vicinity, like KMT, MRT or LRT, except for bus stops. Although the nearest public transport is ERL Salak Tinggi, it will still take over 20 minutes to drive there.

That said, we believe the development is an excellent place to raise a family due to its safe and tranquil environment close to nature. It is also a good property investment given its freehold status, which lets you pass down the home to future generations.

Home prices in area are also expected to increase as the Bandar Enstek township is undergoing rapid development, with many local and international firms establishing a footprint there. But the largest driver in the area’s property prices is the nearby 8,966ha KLIA Aeropolis project. If this mammoth project proceeds as planned and the area continues to witness major positive changes, then the prospects of Pristine 2 and Bandar Enstek appears promising.
