Putra 1 is a project of UMLand, a multi award-winning local developer that has built several successful townships and niche projects across Malaysia. These include the townships of Mahkota Hills in Semenyih, Selangor, and Bandar Seri Putra in Bangi, Selangor as well as Bandar Seri Alam and Taman Seri Austin both in Iskandar Malaysia. It has also teamed up with the Johor state government’s unit Perbadanan Islam Johor Holdings (PIJH) to develop the highly-anticipated world–class integrated biotech park in Pasir Gudang known as Pasir Gudang, Iskandar Halal Park.

The home builder’s niche projects include Suasana Sentral Loft in KL Sentral, Suasana Bangsar in Bangsar, Seri Bukit Ceylon, and Suasana Bukit Ceylon both in Bukit Ceylon, along with Somerset Puteri Harbour in Iskandar Puteri.
