Sanjung Residence is being undertaken by ABL Property Malaysia, a developer of boutique projects in Mont’Kiara, Medini Iskandar, Johor Bahru, and other states in the country. The company was founded by Dato’ Allan Lim Kim Huat, who formerly served as the Executive Deputy Chairman of Sunrise Bhd, a subsidiary of major property player UEM Sunrise.

The project offers 302 condo units spread across two 38-storey towers sited on a 5-acre freehold land with a residential title, and home buyers can select from 4 different layouts.
