Coming up in the southern part of the Klang Valley is Bandar Seri Sendayan, a township of 5,223 acres. Developed by Matrix Concept Holdings Bhd, this township is well designed to cater to all walks of lives, with its residential, commercial, and industrial components.
As of the year 2019, there are several new residential developments available for sale. There is the Suriaman superlink homes, Allysum and Allysum III semi-detached homes, Lunaria and Lunaria III superlink homes, and Cadena I & II, Adira, and Barinda link homes.
The fully completed residential projects in Bandar Seri Sendayan include the Mellonia, Dellora & Dellonix, Adelia, and Elfora and Elforix link homes. Also already completed and fully sold out is the Elymus semi-detached homes, and the Fellona, Elvina, Dextora, and Castora link homes.
Their commercial component includes the Sendayan MetroPark and Sendayan Merchant Square, both of which are available for lease. And completing the township is the industrial component which comprises of the Sendayan Techvalley – a 1,000-acre technology hub of freehold developments.
This review will however only cover Cadena, Bandar Seri Sendayan the residential development of link homes.

Also, within a short radius from home will be the shopping complex Megamall which is still under construction as of May 2019, as well as a KIP Mart which is also still under construction. Pros
Living in Cadena, Bandar Seri Sendayan certainly brings many advantages, not least of all how well planned it is. The size of the homes with its comparatively low selling price is certainly one of its biggest selling points as well, especially with a per sq ft selling price of approximately only RM320. Bandar Seri Sendayan also makes for a great home for those who work near the airport, as it is only 10 minutes away from KLIA.
Cons
The cons of living in Bandar Seri Sendayan are few and far between. The only complaint one would have about living here is its distance from Kuala Lumpur, about 1 hour away. But for those who prefer a quiet lifestyle, Cadena, Bandar Seri Sendayan is certainly ideal.
Summary
Cadena, Bandar Seri Sendayan is an ideal multigenerational home. Intended more for family living as opposed to investment, this township is a quiet and serene one.
