Living in Cadena, Bandar Seri Sendayan certainly brings many advantages, not least of all how well planned it is. The size of the homes with its comparatively low selling price is certainly one of its biggest selling points as well, especially with a per sq ft selling price of approximately only RM320. Bandar Seri Sendayan also makes for a great home for those who work near the airport, as it is only 10 minutes away from KLIA.

 

Cons 

The cons of living in Bandar Seri Sendayan are few and far between. The only complaint one would have about living here is its distance from Kuala Lumpur, about 1 hour away. But for those who prefer a quiet lifestyle, Cadena, Bandar Seri Sendayan is certainly ideal.
