Urbana Residences was launched in 2013 by Weida (M) Bhd. It was reported that the developers spent RM3.5mil on its maiden high-rise property development’s launch. Located in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya in Selangor, Urbana Residences has a gross development value (GDV) of RM231mil.
The service apartments will house 356 service apartments in a 15-storey block, a 5-level carpark, and recreational and social facilities.
