Jade Hills is a gated residential development in Kajang, Selangor. It is developed by Gamuda Land, a subsidiary of Gamuda Group, and built on a hilly terrain. The 366-acre development is home for bungalows, linked villas, semi-d, and garden terraces in 12 precincts. There are a total of 793 units, with a low density of 6 units per acre to ensure privacy and exclusivity.

The oriental-themed Jade Hills residential development features vistas of lush greenery, 12 thematic gardens, walkways, and modern recreational facilities, all within a secure setting. Located within the development is a full-fledged international school, Eaton International School. The partnership with Eaton International School benefits both the residents in Jade Hills, and the community in the vicinity, giving them easy access to quality education. The partnership was formulated upon a build-and-lease model, whereby Gamuda Land builds the school based on the education service provider’s requirement, and lease the assets to the latter.
