Tropicana Heights was launched in 2014 by Tropicana Corporation Bhd. The 199-acre freehold development has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM2.8 billion. The township is expected to take about 10 years to complete, will comprise a market square, landed residential properties, condominiums, neighbourhood schools, and green areas.
