Lakefield Residences is located near many amenities, which will greatly benefit its residents. The traffic in this area is still moderate and public transportation is available nearby. The strong response for developments at Tropicana Heights could be due to the lack of premium housing there.
Some purchasers have compared it to Jade Hills by Gamuda Land, which is located about a 25-minute drive from Tropicana Heights. Some pointed out that one has to drive through the industrial area before exiting to the highway, while Tropicana Height’s has quicker access to the highway via several routes.
