In terms of raw prestige and luxury, there are not many other properties in Cyberjaya that could match up evenly with Sejati Residences’ Courtyard Villa. As a testament to that, it would cost you a whopping amount of RM1.9 million to purchase one of its units. Thankfully, the developer is providing a 10 + 2% discount for the unit, which should help reduce its overall price tag to just RM1.67 million. There will be a small maintenance fee of RM0.12 chargeable every month though, so, you might also want to keep that in mind before buying it.

Not only will you enjoy a spacious and elevated living experience in this prestigious residency, you will also get the chance to immerse yourself in a healthier and greener lifestyle as well. With Tamarine Square and D’Pulze Shopping Mall just around the corner, shopping and dining will also be a breeze. The only problem with this residency and its villa units is the price. At RM1.9 million, there are only a handful of people that could afford it. Also, some may have argued that Garden Residences by Mah Sing would serve as a better buy due to its close proximity to the Cyberjaya City Centre and Sky Park. Nonetheless, Sejati’s location should not be frowned upon as there are various elite developments nearby such as Setia Eco Glades, Symphony Hills and Mirage By The Lake.  In conclusion, if you are looking to live life spectacularly within this intelligent city, you will hardly go wrong with Sejati Residences and Courtyard Villa.
