Analysis

According to the PropertyGuru Malaysia Property Market Index (MPMI) Q2 2021,  KL continues to cope with declining prices, recording a 5.00% YoY drop in median asking prices per sq ft in Q1 2021. This is the largest yearly drop in the median asking prices since it began to slip into negative territory in Q1 2019.
