Location
The Haute Gurney is one of the most centrally sited development yet in the heart of Kuala Lumpur with access to parks, schools, highways, public transportation and everything in between. Its location within the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur automatically makes it a property of value.
The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) is only 5 minutes away, and by means of an underground walkway or the KLCC park, the Suria KLCC shopping mall is 5 minutes from KLCC. Famed shopping malls in the heart of the city such as Pavilion, Fahrenheit 88 and Bukit Bintang are also connected via an air-conditioned enclosed bridge, making travelling by foot from The Haute Gurney a viable option.
And with this easy walkability, the many train stations in the area are easily reached by foot. The KLCC LRT Station built within Suria KLCC is minutes from home and getting to the Dato’ Keramat (2 kilometres away), Jelatek or Damai LRT station (2 kilometres away) requires only 5 minutes by car. With these highways getting the the Kuala Lumpur City Centre by car requires and approximate 3-kilometre drive, and getting to Taman Tasik Titiwangsa is a 5-kilometre or an approximate 10-minute ride away.
Medical facilities close to home includes the KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist hospital 5 minutes from home, and the other options only slightly further away closer to the city includes Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur and the Prince Court Medical Centre.

Summary
The Haute Gurney was much anticipated because of its central location, affordable price tag and walkability to train stations. The developer, Aset Kayamas, also has a very good reputation in the market where they finish their projects not only months ahead of time; but occasionally also years ahead. The Haute Gurney was hence heavily sought after, and in spite of its November 2019 deadline, is estimated to be completed by August 2018.
