Skypod Residence is located in the heart of the Puchong township, surrounded by commercial and retail units all around. It is behind IOI Business Park and next to Bandar Puchong Jaya commercial district where you can find a plethora of restaurants, cafés, coffeeshops, and retail shops offering diverse goods and services.

Skypod Residence is a vibrant development in the equally vibrant heart of Puchong. Flanked by many shop lots and commercial buildings, it is in a very convenient location with access to multiple public amenities.
The development offers good facilities for the residents to chill and unwind, and the convenience of having retail shops within the compound is always an added advantage. However, unit sizes are quite compact.
As such, it is more suitable for young couples, small families or working professionals who favour the conveniences in exchange for the living space.
As it is so close to the main access and artery of central Puchong, traffic is generally heavy throughout the day and quite challenging during peak hours. However, this is generally expected and accepted for a heavily populated area.
There are many other access roads leading in and out of the area too, which helps in dispersing traffic flow. It should be noted that that section of the LDP has also been prone to flooding during heavy downpours and there have also been reports of Skypod Residence being subject to its share of floods too.
Currently, the approximate gross rental yield at Skypod Residence is 3.8% per annum. Subletting is also quite common at Skypod Residence, possibly due to demand from the student population with the proximity of Binary University College which is within walking distance.
