Skyvilla is considered as one of two high-rise developments at D’ Island Residence, an island-themed guarded development.
The rest of the development dotted across this man-made island encompassing 175 acres are landed residential properties, from bungalows to semi-detached homes, superlinked houses and hotel-styled condominiums.
Stationed at the ground floor of Skyvilla is the lobby and lounge, management office, laundry and shop. Tower 1 will house the lobby and lounge, whereas Tower 2 will have the lobby and lounge, as well as a linear garden, prayer room and restroom.
The first floor houses the two games room consisting of pool, darts and foosball, a semi-indoor playground and kindergarden.

The Multimedia Super Corridor hub of Cyberjaya is less than 12 km away via Jalan Puchong whereas Putrajaya is further at approximately 12 km from Cyberjaya via Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman.
One of the closest highways that connects Puchong to the rest of Klang Valley is Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP). Once you pass the Sunway toll plaza, you should proceed to the flyover and head right towards south of Puchong where IOI Puchong Mall (15 kilometres away) is on your right and IOI Business Park is on the left.
