Skyz Jelutong is another project of WCT Holdings, a developer which has been gaining traction in the property development line. Some of their past projects include Paradigm Mall and Azure Residences in Kelana Jaya, both of which are highly successful projects that are doing well; although their workmanship on Paradigm Mall brings up some questions on whether they are up to par with leaking ceilings which have resulted in many black patches in the basement parking lot. The mall is however very successful.

Bukit Jelutong is well connected via a myriad of highways, providing easy access to residents. There is the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE) which is a few minutes drive away, connecting residents from Shah Alam to Rawang. Even closer to home with almost direct access is the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), which would be the residents’ main point of ingress and egress. The entirety of the city is in actuality a very close distance from Bukit Jelutong via the NKVE. Kelana Jaya is only 10 minutes away on a clear weekend leisurely drive, while Subang is only 20 minutes away.

The KPJ Specialist Hospital and Sime Darby Healthcare hospital are only a short 10 kilometres out. Is Skyz Jelutong Worth Its Bang for Buck?

 

Skyz Jelutong has many competitors in the immediate vicinity, all almost within walking distance from each and the other, and all being built by different developers. So how does Skyz Jelutong fare against its competitors Suria Residence and Radia Residence in the same area in terms of value?

 

The average selling price of Suria Residence by Sunsuria is at approximately RM805, while Radia Residence by UEM Sunrise is selling at approximately RM747 psf. Although the difference is not much, Skyz Jelutong is rated as the approximate cheapest condominium per square feet at an average of RM735 psf.

 

But what do the rest offer that may differ from Skyz Jelutong? Radia Residences comes as the easiest comparison, for it is a mixed development that will have a shopping mall ran by UEM Sunrise which is also the successful developer of Publika. Sunsuria on the other hand is much the same as Skyz Jelutong, offering similar facilities.
