Analysis
Interested buyers are treated to panoramic view of the Kuala Lumpur city centre from the sales gallery, as the project is located in Bukit Ampang Permai. In online forums, there are mentions of the project being abandoned previously by another developer, before it was taken over by Setia Awan Group. The other concern is whether the development is too secluded.
While these are concerns from some, it didn’t seem to be an issue for many, as indicated by the take-up rate. Overall, it’s a low density project, with 660 units across 4 blocks. Units are not furnished, and do check with the sales agents on the available purchase package.
