Taman Tun Dr. Ismail is a low profile yet popular and affluent residential neighbourhood in the Klang Valley. This popularity is due to its close proximity to both the Kuala Lumpur city centre and Petaling Jaya.
One of the main highways that lie on the fringes of Taman Tun Dr. Ismail is Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP). LDP is notably the only highway in the Klang Valley with the highest number of shopping centres.

Rental Rates
The rental rates for a 1,100 square foot apartment at Sinaran TTDI is RM3,000 ++ and for a 1,800 square foot apartment at The Residence, the rent is RM4,500. The rental at Villa Flora is RM2,500. And the rental at The Greens, TTDI is approximately RM3,500 to RM4,500 for a 1,440 sq ft unit.
Summary
These days, there are already quite a number of residential developments in the Klang Valley that are fronted and supported by the much-awaited MRT1 station infrastructure. The first phase of the MRT line, which stretches from Sungai Buloh to Semantan, is targeted to begin operations by December 2016 while the second phase from Semantan to Kajang, should be operational by July 2017.
