Analysis
Aster Residence is a standalone high-rise transit oriented development. There aren’t any commercial elements or shop lots within the development itself. Some would take this as a good thing, not having to worry about the type of shops or whether the lots will be occupied or not. However, this also means having to drive or walk for their daily needs. The closest mall would be Cheras Sentral Mall.
Motorists and residents often complain about the traffic congestion in Cheras. At Taman Cheras Hartamas, it’s no different. However, the silver lining for residents is that they have an access road into the neighbourhood from the Cheras-Kajang Expressway.
