There are quite a number of residential developments which have often times been associated with a green concept. Project Details

The Greens features two 18-storey towers, where each tower comes in 2 side-by-side wings. In total, there are 646 “Park Homes”, inclusive of typical, corner, and terraced units. Instead of balconies, the terraced units are each afforded an open terrace. Each Type A typical and Type C corner units have a built up of 915 square feet, and only the terrace units are each sized at 1,184 square feet. The lifestyle aspect of this “Park Homes” development can be traced to the 120,000-acre park which sits at the heart of the development. All units are partly furnished with hood and hob, air-conditioners for both master and living, and basic bathroom fittings. The podium parking facility sits below the residential units. Parking bays inside the building are well over 1,000. Each unit owner will be given 2 parking bays, in which the parking orientation will either be tandem or standard.

Unlike most condominiums where the main garbage chute is located inside the building compound, in the case of The Greens, the garbage collection chute is located away from the residences. The developer has paid attention to the nitty gritty to maximise the living comforts of its residents.

In the past decade, Shah Alam is experiencing a surge in population, upward trend in demand for properties, and major overhaul in greater infrastructure and connectivity. Section 7 and Section 13 in Shah Alam have seen the greatest growth in terms of commercial properties. Located west of Kuala Lumpur and adjacent to Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Glenmarie, and USJ, Shah Alam is more connected today than it ever was.

A note of caution. Traffic conditions along both sides of the ELITE Highway leading into the Federal Highway is jam-packed during peak hours. Hopefully, once the LRT 3 Line is up and running, it will help decrease the number of vehicles on the major highways, thereby cutting down the number of vehicles on the road.

An expanded network of rail and road connectivity equals to an increase in the number of people travelling in and out of the area. The combined population count between the Sunway, Subang, Shah Alam, Klang and Puchong areas is 1 million. This means that future demand for properties will come from young working professionals and students, thanks to a steady supply of residential developments and established centres within USJ, Subang and Sunway.
