The construction works for Third Avenue have already begun and is scheduled to be completed by middle of 2018. Two residential towers will be built on the 5.9 acres of freehold land with a total of 701 residential units. If you do the maths, that’s quite a number for a small development like this. In fact, you might even land into some trouble when you want to sell your unit later. However, if you’re just planning to stay here, you should not be too overly concerned about the density. You might feel a bit uncomfortable with the growing presence of the medical students and white collar workers around the area though, to be honest.

Competition for SoHos / SoVos is very intense in Cyberjaya. Before any discounts, Third Avenue would cost you a whooping RM800 psf for a unit. If you include the rebates of 10 + 4%, the final psf would be around RM700, which is still pretty significant. Nevertheless, it is a premium project developed by a Singaporean developer, so, you can’t really argue much about its pricing.
