Ongoing construction works at Trinity Aquata
Moving on with the property, Trinity Aquata hosts a glamourous project in a not so glamourous location. Nonetheless, it still provides you with a perfect haven to recluse from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, especially when it’s not too far away from it either. Together with its blue living concept, you have a chance to be rejuvenated by its water based facilities and designs. Over 16 unique facilities await you in this residence, ensuring that you will have a sustainable and resort living lifestyle as well. Amongst them are the private lawn, vivarium, cascading pool, interactive water play nook, hanging hammock, hammock lounge, open lawn, sunken lounge, private deck, floating lounge, riverbank seating, gymnasium, multipurpose hall, season garden and sky walk. Besides, other supporting amenities such as BBQ pit, kindergarten, multipurpose hall and a sky terrace are also included.

The vivarium and the Sky Terrace
Featuring the human aquarium or vivarium, you can enjoy a perfect night swim after a long day of work. What’s more, a posh grand lobby will also welcome you home while you chill in the private deck afterwards. Or if you prefer to unwind in style, there’s a cascading pool and a comfortable hammock lounge for you to do so. Really, the opportunity for you and your family to relax and have a good time is almost boundless, if you include a panaromic view of the city centre through its sky terrace and sky bridge as well. In this regard, Aquata scores very well in terms of its artistic yet practical facilities and amenities. At a maintenance fees of RM0.31, it will be a money well spent for having such great features.
Trinity Aquata- a truly work of art
Meanwhile, the façade looks pretty stylish as well. With a futuristic water based design, you will surely be impressed with its exterior appearance. And because it is residing in a kampong area, you also get to enjoy a natural view of the surrounding green landscapes and an element of seclusion. A weird combination of modern elegance in a village setting, you will definitely find the good and the bad from both worlds.

If you think the exteriors were impressive, then you will be equally as delighted with its interiors as well. |
![]() |
Just by viewing at the pictures, you will be envious of its professionally designed interiors. The lightings and ceilings are just a marvel to look upon and complimented well with the overall hall area.Unfortunately, you won’t be getting any of those, except for some simple lightings and plaster ceilings perhaps. The master bedroom appears to be pretty slick too, which comes along with laminated timber floorings. And exclusively for Type C units only, there will be a sophisticated bathroom provided comprising of quality tiles, sinks, glass mirrors, closets, and a bathtub. |

Besides those mentioned, each room will consist of an air-conditioner, along with quality paints and timber doors. And as part of their 3 tier security systems, an intercom handset and a panic button will be installed in the master bedroom as well. |

For a luxurious condominium priced at RM650 psf, this is pretty much the types of furnishing you should be expecting. Maybe, it is missing a complete set of kitchen cabinet? |
Floor Plans
There are a total of 6 different layouts in Trinity Aquata ranging from Type A, B, C, D, F and G. Each unit comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, except for Type C, which has 3+1 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. In addition, Type C is also a corner unit with the largest built up area of 1,420 sq. ft. Type B & D, on the other hand, would be the intermediate units with a built up area of 1,216 sf and 1,242 sf respectively while Type A would be the end unit with a size of 1,239 sf. However, if semi-D type of units is what you seek, you would probably need to choose between Type F and G. They both are almost identical with a built up area of 1,151 and 1,154 sf accordingly.
Another notable addition to the layouts is a spacious balcony with an undeterred view. There are one included in each unit and depending on which unit you have selected, it will either face the KL view to the north or the Mines view to the south. Besides, a pool view, stadium view and a lake view is also available to certain units.
Location
Sungai Besi, or the metal river, used to house the deepest tin mine in Malaysia. A place filled with rich steel history, it has gradually evolved from a village settlement into an industrious town. Today, with the impending development of Bandar Malaysia, Sungai Besi is ready to begin its next phase of transformation into an exciting and vibrant city. In addition, a RM40 billion high speed railway (HSR) linking Kuala Lumpur and Sungai Besi with Singapore is also being proposed, which upon completion will cut travelling time between those cities to just 30 minutes.
For one that will be capitalizing on this wave of developments is Trinity Aquata. Conveniently residing along the Sungai Besi highway, it boasts an excellent connectivity via several major highways such as KL- Seremban Expressway, Besraya Highway (BESRAYA), KL- Putrajaya Highhway (MEX) and Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2). Besides, it is also highly accessible through a number of public transportations nearby including LRT, KTM, ERL, TBS and even the proposed HSR. But what really makes this residence shines is its close proximity to the city centre; with Mid Valley and KLCC only 7 kilometres and 12 kilometres away respectively. So, if good location and accessibility is what you seek, then you will not be disappointed with this project.

Kampung Malaysia Tambahan’s signage
You will, however, be disappointed when you first step into the neighbourhood though. Before you could even park your car, your on-looking eyes will catch a clear signage that states “Kampung Malaysia Tambahan”, just opposite of the construction site.
![008 trinity aqua]()
The scene around Kampung Malaysia’s Tambahan
Yes, you have arrived at a traditional Malay populated village with low cost apartments and awful looking houses.
A multipurpose hall
There’s literary nothing interesting or exciting for you to look forward here, safe for maybe a public playground and multipurpose hall. The only saving grace for this community is probably the retail shops located further along Jalan 3/125D and Jalan 1/125D, which I don’t even want to bother writing about getting there.
A narrow road around the area
The inner roads that lead towards the shops are painstakingly narrow and tight, not to mention, badly uneven and filled with pot-holes. Worst, they are being dangerously used as dual lanes by trucks and motorcyclists as well. An atrocious nightmare I would say if you were to use the roads on a daily basis.
Shoplots around Jalan 3/125D
Once you have found your way out of the treacherous paths, you will feel as though you have just seen the light at the end of a dark tunnel. It is that bad, I am not kidding.
Shoplots around Jalan 3/125D
That aside, there are plenty of retail lots around the area ranging from restaurants, supermarkets (KK mart in particular), kindergartens and mechanic workshops. Several Chinese hawker centres can be found here as well, due to a predominantly Chinese based location.
The Salak Park Plaza
Additionally, there is also a Shell petrol station just around the corner, along with a giant hypermarket in the Spark Plaza. But if you are planning to stay here, your best bet for finding better quality food would be around the Salak South or Desa Petaling area.
Some shoplots at Salak South
Overall, this area has a good mixture of Malay and Chinese residents, with a slightly modernized kampong and plenty of retail shops around to explore. It will be a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood for you to stay, if you don’t mind the sight of the villages and the horrible Sungai Besi jam.
Analysis
Pricing
Name | Tenure | Land Title | Price per Sq.Ft. | Maintenance Fee per Sq.Ft. | Car Park Bays |
Trinity Aqua (Trinity Group) |
Freehold | Residential | RM 650 | RM 0.31 | 2 units |
The Leafz (Exsim Group) |
Freehold | Residential | RM 620 | RM 0.28 | 2 units |
Anyaman Residences (ZNYS Development) |
Freehold | Residential | RM 600 | RM 0.25 | 1 unit |
The latest luxury made available at Sungai Besi, Trinity Aquata would put a spark back into a not so bright kampong neighbourhood. However, competition for premium living spaces is heating up around the area, with the addition of several other residences such as The Leafz, Anyaman Residence and Midfields 2. And in terms of pricing, Trinity Aquata does not fare very well compared to its neighbouring rivals with a more expensive entry price of RM650 psf and maintenance fee of RM0.31 psf. Nevertheless, Trinity Aquata comes with a myriad of unique water themed facilities and amenities, which would probably make up for every penny you paid for it.
Summary
Final Analysis
Beautiful indoor water features in Trinity Aquata
Stylish, unique and eccentric, what more can you ask from this one-of-a-kind place to stay within the Sungai Besi area? While you may not fancy its rather backwards community, it does provide you with a sense of serenity and exquisiteness. Whether it is the natural green landscapes that you wish to admire or just the vantage view of the city centre, Trinity offers you the very chance to do so. More importantly, you get to unwind in style after a gruesome day of work without having to worry about your own safety. To top it all off, a top notch connectivity and accessibility will also be included as part of the package. But in the end, will its premium price tag be able to justify its true value when there are other equally-as-prestigious projects available within the vicinity? That is something you have to decide if you wish to opt for this young and exciting Trinity Group.
Conclusion
If you are a fan of the blue living concept with state-of-the-art facilities, Trinity Aquata would not disappoint you. Along with its close proximity to the city centre and public transportation terminals, these would be the main reasons why you are willing to sacrifice the comfort of a classy neighbourhood to relocate here. Bear in mind, the jam is also pretty bad along the Sungai Besi Highway. But then again, you won’t be driving much in the future, do you?
