A question to ask about my landlord and property agent trying to extort money from me with markup monthly rental to 40% from current contract. Contract state -+10% markup till further term. But keep saying market price. Can advice me if anything i can do with this landlord and agent on extortion?

    My contract is -/+ 10% amd the force market rate up to 40% amd if you don’t pay they force you to leave
