Can a foreigner buys residential land for less than 1million, build a house so that the total cost will be more than 1million?
Example: Land RM400k + Build house RM650k = Total Price RM1.05M

No because the purchase value is below the foreigner's threshold to purchase. Certain States like in Selangor, a foreigner cannot buy land but only strata titled properties. Read More
