Yes. any foreigners of legal age can buy a property in Malaysia. However, different states in Malaysia has different policies and state laws pertaining to property ownership by foreigners. Eg. In Kuala Lumpur a foreigner may only purchase a property (both house or apartment) priced more than RM1 million. In the State of Selangor, a foreigner may only purchase an apartment or strata titled house in a gated & guarded community priced above RM2 million generally. Do contact me at +60193330573
