Can you please give me alead as who do I approach to sell a piece of commercial property in Taiping, Perak. Is it better to get someone who is in a big city eg Penang or KL or better to stay with a local? Thank you

Two important things you got to bear in mind when selling a property. Firstly the correct market price. Secondly, the exposure. Meaning to say how many prospect buyer know about your property. Just give to one a reputable registered real estate agency which has wide connection. May be for a period of 3-6 months. There are a few available. Just check it from the internet.
