Collected my keys for a cluster house bought from a renowned developer. But the actual size have a huge land size discrepancy of 600 sq ft. We tried to arrange a meeting with the developer but instead the lawyer reply us to follow SPA rate of adjustment which is a standard clauses and is unfair in some aspect. Is this common ? And regards to the huge discrepancy size is this consider fair practice ? Is there a governing body which can assist us in this matter ?
