Dear Guru,
I would like to ask if myPR holder (Malaysia PR) can buy property just like Malaysian citizen without any minimum price of the property. Because , for foreigner , they can only purchase if property value is more than 2 million.

In Selangor state, the minimun price for buying property is 2 million, in Kuala Lumpur is minimun 1 million, so I suggest to buy property in Kuala Lumpur unless you like Selangor property or you working or make business in Selangor state.
