Real Estate Agents are not allowed to provide legal services under the regulation in Malaysia and charge professional fees. Owners are allowed to prepare their own Tenancy Agreement. If owner needs administrative help, we are willing to assist as long as our expenses are paid. Normally, we will assist the Owner if we are also the Real estate agent letting out the office space on behalf of the Owner.
