Agents are not allowed to charge a legal fee for Tenancy Agreement. However, they will charge an administrative charge ranging from RM200 upwards depending on the monthly rental. Besides this charge, the tenant is required to pay the stamp duty for the Tenancy Agreement provided by the Stamp Duty Act. Read More
