Good evening.
I write from Spain. We are a couple (62 and 63 years old) and we are interested in renting a furnished apartment in Kuala Lumpur for 3 months. (june, July and August).
Please, could you tell me if the listed units you offer in Propertyguru.com can be available for 3 months term?
Then i would like to know what means "psf".
And sometimes i read "service residence". That means there is a cleaning service once a week included in the monthly rate?
Sorry for asking so many questions, but we don't have this in Europe. We already know Malaysia and we love it. But each time we traveled to your country we stayed in hotels in different places.
Now our dream is living 3 months a year in the same place to enjoy malaysian life more quietly.
