hai i have this one question, i want to buy house and i found that in that agreement it stated that the company was not responsible for any defects after the 12 months of warranty period. But under the HDA said that house warranty is 24 months. so what should i do? thank you

Under the HDA, it is 24 months defects liability from receiving the keys for residential properties under construction and off the plan. Completed residential properties and those under commercial title are excluded from HDA. You may check further with the developer or the House Buyers Association. (www.hba.org.my)
