Hello experts, my relative intend to purchase a condo near Johor Bahru ciq.Both husband wife earning SGD$ 5-6k total.first timer.can they use CPF combine to purchase there in Johor Bahru? and roughly if RM 800K-1MIL down payment how much? Can take bank loan in Malaysia?
