Hello. I’m buying freehold apartment. My lawyer told me that current status is to stamp document and serve notice to developer. May I know how long this process will take until final disbursement and vacant possession?

If your property is already completed and ready for vacant possession, the documentation may take 3 to 4 months similar to buying a resale completed property in the secondary market. Read More
