Hello, I've just purchased a property in Malaysia and live overseas. I'm wanting to rent my property out to Tenants but wanted can I list my property as a self-managing landlord through Property Guru without going through an Agent?

Property Guru website portal is on a yearly subscription basis and for advertising multiple properties. It is mainly used by property agents and property negotiators. It is not cost effective for owners to subscribe yearly and just advertise one or two properties. Please engage the services of a property agency like us to advertise on Property Guru and other websites or print media. Thank you.
