Hello Investor, Usually commercial properties eg. office or industrial units gives better yield. On top of that, the tenant rents longer period and do their own renovations & furnished themselves. Condominiums yield is usually below 5% gross yield. Please do email me your email address & contact so that we can make recommendations to you when we come across opportunity buys. Good day! The highest rental yield I could possible suggest is (1) Dev project. ARTE Mont Kiara. Subsales in KL areas would not have guanteed you 5%and above in the long run. Risk of being overtaken by newer developmenfs is high. (2) Guaranteed ROI in a JB serviced suite project (3) Cash investment. UK Bradford project. Guaranteed 8% returns.
