Hi Guru, I have a condo unit in Cyberjaya (Cyber Heights Villa) that I cannot service the loans due to financial difficulties. I do not want to keep the property anymore. Please advise my next steps of actions and what would be the worst case scenario ? I would want to sell it off with immediate effect. (my loans servicing is up to date)
