Hi Guru,

I have rent a shop for business for many years. Anyhow, the tenancy agreement is lapsed few years ago even we have continue rent the shop with lanlord. Can I know how can I proceed to renew the tenancy agreement? Roughly how much it cost if I find an agent assist to proceed renewal agreement with stamping?
