Hi, having visited Georgetown, Penang a number of times over the last few years we were wondering if you could assist in either finding a property for either a monthly furnished rental for about 4 visits a year or finding a furnished property that we could long term lease and maybe sublet when we are not in Penang. Our preferred ares are Gurney, Palau /Tikus or Tanjung Tokong and surrounds, but are open to Times Square and surrounds. Our preferred size is minimum 2/3 bed rooms 2 bath rooms. Maximum monthly rental about 2400MR and long term to be negotiated. Hoping to hear from you soon. Best wishes
