Hi. I am a 47 year old businessman based in Seremban. I would like to be a real estate negotiator . I understand I have to sit for an exam . I need to be part of an agency to sit for the exam. Can anybody assist me?

You need to attend a class conducted by MIEA. Pls refer here http://miea.com.my/site/index.php?cat=168 for next available class (8/5/2014). After you have got your certificate you can register to any Real Estate Agency who still have their quota available. You can call or pm me 012-289 2366  .
