Hi I am a home owner for a unit at pangsapuri mesra jaya. Any property agent confident to take up this job? There are 2 carpark lots, not renovated. high floor #09, 1954sqft, unblocked view. Conditions : my minimum acceptable takeback price is RM510k after deducting whatever charges. Please PM me.
