Hi, I am interested to buy a house in JB. Whilst exploring on a few properties, I intend to get a pre-qualified from banks to understand how much loan i can take up. Will be thankful if anyone here can advise what are the documents I have to bring to bank? Also, will like to service the mortgage loan with my BF, so does bank accept combined commitment? Thanks!
