Hi,
I do have a service suite in KL and was leased to the hotel for many years. There comes a day that I am looking to sell the suite as I am moving to overseas for good. Unfortunately, the developer of the said property went into liquidation and title has not been issued since last year. It making hard to sell the property. Therefore, I am seeking the advice in term of what is the process when the developer went into liquidation and without issuing the title. What is the right that I could sell to other party and without causing any inconvenience the next party?

Without a strata title being issued, many apartments have been transacted via a Deed of Assignment subject to the consent by the developer (or appointed liquidator) or Joint Management Body. David Wong +60193330573  Principal Licensed Agent E2097 Quantum Real Estate E(3)1320 Read More
