Hi, I have a full time job and also a part time job as a tutor at home. Currently I'm interested to buy a property. How am I supposed to declare my part time income to increase the chance of loan approval? Or what documents should I prepare to declare? Thanks

Greetings from Ohmyhome Realtors. Dear Sir/Mdm, do you need to declare your part time income? It depends on the price range of the property you planning to buy. If you want to declare it, it should be in your Borang BE, there have column for side income.
