Hi, I have a property (condo) under my husband name and my name, loan also under both name. But the MRTA only under my name due to my age younger and the premium also cheaper. Now, 2 years after SPA and Loan Agreement signed, can I add my husband's name into MRTA? Because currently the MRTA just cover half of the loan amount. How to get the other half amount coverage?
