hi, I have bought a Terrace house in Johor nusajaya that house is belong to Malay owner and is bumi lot. agent told me that can be tranfer to non bumi with fee rm7k. issit possible to tranfer bumi lot to non bumi?

Hi Wendy,
I have heard this many times before but I have also seen the transfer of bumiputra lots to non bumiputra being rejected even with supposedly the right connection and money. Even lawyers are not able to confirm and advise us on this policy.
Better go for a unit that is more certain to be transfered. Read More

    sorry I just saw ur and. tq ur advise. but last few my agent told me that I need to pay rm500 for advertise advertisement on Malay newspaper for 3 months. issit true need to advertise? my agent ask me to sign agreement infront lawyer and pay 10% for downpayment. I was so confuse now. my agent haven help me apply loan yet . normally when we need to pay downpayment ? kindly advise on this. I scare I have been cheated. cox my agent gv me receipt is nt under company name. agent told me if I wan receipt under company name I will been charge 6% more for agent fee. now agent fee only 1% she say.
