I hope you're having a great day :)
I'm a foreigner and would like to get into the short term rentals business in Malaysia. I however am on aTourist Visa (Do not have a working permit).
My questions are:
1) Would it be possible to rent out a property for 6 months and use it for STRs?
2) If I can't do this as an individual, what if I were to setup a company in Malaysia and rent out the property via that company.
